Liberty Heights Fresh
“I know that in the journey of over three decades, there have been times when I may have passionately conveyed a level of knowledge that may have been off-putting to some people. All I really want to do is share that I believe good food is a part of living a good life.” For Steven Rosenberg, founder/owner of Liberty Heights Fresh, food has never been just about what ends up on the table. It has always been about where and from whom it comes, how it is grown, how it is made, and how it makes people feel.
Raw Eddy’s
“You just have to keep showing up. For yourself, for your business, for your people. Even on the hard days - especially on the hard days.” At just twenty-three years old, Kaitlyn Maestas opened the doors to Raw Eddy’s, a bright and cheerful storefront tucked into a historic downtown Salt Lake City building. Inside, one will find vegan, gluten-free, plant-based superfood protein snacks that taste like joy in bite-size form.
Malstrom Salon
“Our goal was to create something where we would want to work together,” Chris and Tricia Malstrom, the dynamic duo behind Malstrom Salon, stated. There is no doubt that they have succeeded in creating a haven for their clients, blending artistry and dedication. Their journey together began as teenagers when they met on the back steps of Jordan High School in the late 1980s. Their bond, forged in those early years, has only grown stronger over the decades, both personally and professionally.
